CONDITIONS

  • The apartment is available from 4pm the day of arrival to 10am the day of your departure
  • You can collect the keys at our holiday home
  • We do not provide towels and kitchen. The service is available on request and against payment
  • The cost of extra bed linen is € 10.00 (per bed)
  • We provide cot and high chair (on request)
  • We're sorry, but pets are not allowed in the house
  • We have a special agreement with Bagni Nuovi and Bagni Vecchi, Restaurant Pizzeria Al Frodolfo and Restaurant Trattoria Compagnoni
  • On your arrival you will be asked for a deposit of € 150,00 and for the payment of the final cleaning
  • The cost of the final cleaning is € 30,00 (two-room apartment) and € 40,00 (three-room apartment)
