The Alta Valtellina ski area is composed of four ski resorts: Bormio, Santa Caterina Valfurva, Livigno and Valdidentro/San Colombano. All together they offer more than 230 km of slopes and trails suitable for winter sport lovers.

Alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, freeride, telemark and mountaineering are just some of the sports children and adults, beginners and experts may enjoy in our mountains.

Each ski area offers ski schools, individual and group lessons, kids clubs and ski rentals.

Bormio and Santa Caterina Valfurva are the closest ski areas to Casa Federica.

Bormio (1200 m - 3000 m) features 50 km of ski slopes and 16 ski lifts. The most famous ski slope is called Stelvio and it is the venue of several national and international competitions.

Santa Caterina Valfurva (1700 m - 2800 m) features 35 km of ski slopes, 10 ski lifts and a 16 km cross-country skiing track. The most exciting ski slope is called Deborah Compagnoni and has been named after the famous ski champion who was born and raised in Santa Caterina Valfurva.

Livigno, the famous duty-free town, is the largest ski area with 115 km of ski slopes, 40 km of cross-country skiing tracks and several halfpipes and snowparks.

Valdidentro/San Colombano ski area features 25 km of ski slopes and 25 km of cross-country skiing tracks. The track Viola is the famous theater of international competitions and has been recently equipped for the practice of biathlon. Moreover, at the Husky Village in Arnoga, you can enjoy the unforgettable experience of discovering the woods together with sled dogs.
